COVID-19 - UPDATE
Pillar To Post – Taking care of your home inspection – Protecting your health
Pillar To Post is always committed to the health and well-being of our clients and homeowners, as well as our inspectors. This is especially true during this time of Covid-19. We remain highly focused on providing the highest quality home inspection while adhering to the strict safety and cleanliness guidelines provided by the CDC and local governments. While our processes may have changed, our commitment to Ensuring Confident Homeownership has not. Our job is not complete until you no longer have questions concerning the home you have asked Pillar To Post to inspect.
Welcome to Pillar To Post serving all of Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Fircrest, Tillicum, Steilacoom, and Dupont.
Pillar To Post has been named #1 in the Home Inspections category by Entrepreneur Magazine in its Annual Franchise 500 issue for five years running!! We work hard to earn the trust of buyers, sellers and real estate professionals with every inspection we perform!
The Western Pierce County Pillar To Post franchise territory was purchased by Keith Holsinger in the summer of 2004. Since then he has worked closely with local real estate professionals to inspect a large number of homes in the area. This includes the 100+ year old homes from the North end of Tacoma to the new construction homes in the suburbs such as Dupont.
Buying a home is probably the most significant investment most people will ever make. A professional and thorough home inspection helps you learn a great deal about the home and can help give you peace of mind about such a large investment. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you will have the benefit of knowing the ins and outs of a particular home.
For buyers, an inspection helps you make an informed decision about completing the home purchase. You will receive important information about repairs and maintenance your new home may need. A thorough and professional home inspection will allow you to buy the home with confidence.
For sellers, a pre-listing inspection will help identify unknown problems or possible upgrades that can be addressed prior to listing your home. Knowing this in advance will allow for full disclosure of problems and will result in a much smoother transaction for all parties involved and reduce the possibility of delays at closing.
